Jeffery Crater
Jeff has spent his career at the policy intersections of national security, energy, environmental and public health policy and brings a wealth of business and government service experience to UCAN Power. Jeff is the President & CEO of the Edmondson Hopkins Group, a public affairs and strategic business consulting group. Jeff co-founded and is Managing Director of the Advanced Nuclear Weapons Alliance (ANWA) Deterrence Center and ANWA Advocacy, which respectively educates on and advocates for U.S. strategic nuclear deterrent modernization. He is also Vice President at Full On Communications and Co-founder and Board Member of the Center for Lyme Action. Jeff is the former Vice President of Government Relations for The Babcock & Wilcox Company (B&W), a leading defense contractor (BWXT), and a global power generation technology supplier (B&W Enterprises).
Prior to B&W, Crater advocated on behalf of electrical utilities and national security companies at the former Cauthen and Associates. In Government, he was an advisor to Secretaries of Energy and the Assistant Secretary for Environmental Management during the Clinton Administration, an investigator for the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee under Chairman John D. Dingell (D-MI), and on the staff of Congressman Dingell.
